What is the difference between each duck style?
Signature Gloss Ducks feature a smooth, high-gloss finish with personalized details and select rhinestone accents. Fully Rhinestoned Ducks are covered by hand in multi-size crystals for maximum sparkle. Custom Design Ducks are created around a specific theme, color story, uniform, or special vision, with pricing based on size and design complexity.
How does the Custom Design Duck process work?
Custom Design Ducks begin with a consultation. You’ll share the size, colors, athlete name, uniform or theme, and any inspiration you would like incorporated. After reviewing the design, we’ll confirm what can be created and provide a final quote based on its complexity. The 5.5-inch Custom Design Duck starts at $200, and the 10-inch version starts at $400. Permission or documentation may be required for protected team names, wording, or logos.
How should I care for my duck?
One Three Five Seven ducks are handcrafted decorative collectibles and should be handled gently. Keep your duck indoors and away from water, excessive heat, direct sunlight, hairspray, perfume, and cleaning products. Lift it carefully from the body rather than the bow, crown, lashes, or rhinestone details. To remove dust, use a soft, dry makeup brush—never soak, scrub, or use chemical cleaners.
Can you recreate a team logo, uniform, or branded design?
Some team names, logos, uniforms, and branded elements may be protected. Before incorporating them into a design, One Three Five Seven may require written permission or documentation showing that you are authorized to use them. If permission is unavailable, we can create a coordinated design using your colors and general inspiration without copying protected artwork.
Are One Three Five Seven ducks toys?
No. Our ducks are handcrafted decorative collectibles designed for display and gifting. They are not intended for play and may include small rhinestones, lashes, bows, crowns, and other delicate accessories. Keep them away from young children and pets, and always handle them with care.
What if my duck isn’t what I expected?
Because every duck is personalized and made to order, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns based on personal preference. Please review all names, colors, and customization details carefully before submitting your order. If your duck arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within three days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right. How long will my duck take to create?
Production time may vary depending on current order volume, but standard ducks are typically completed within two weeks of the order date. More detailed Custom Design Ducks may require additional time, which will be discussed during the design process. Shipping time is separate and depends on the destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your duck ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush availability depends on the current production schedule and the complexity of the design. Please contact us before placing your order with the date you need it by. Rush requests are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
