Products, Personalization & Handmade Variations
Every One Three Five Seven duck is handcrafted, made to order, and intended as a decorative collectible—not a toy. Product photographs represent the overall style and quality of our work, but slight variations may occur in crystal placement, bow shape, lettering, finish, and color appearance. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
You are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and customization selections before submitting your order. Your duck will be created using the information provided at checkout or confirmed during the custom-design process. We reserve the right to decline requests involving logos, names, artwork, or branded elements when appropriate permission cannot be verified.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and optional upgrades will be shown before you complete checkout. Custom Design Duck prices are starting prices only; the final price will be confirmed after the requested design and complexity have been reviewed.
Payment must be successfully processed before production begins. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to contact you for clarification, decline a customization request, correct an obvious pricing or product-description error, or cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill.
Production & Shipping
Standard made-to-order ducks are typically completed within 14 calendar days of the order date. Custom Design Ducks may require additional time depending on their size and complexity; any extended timeline will be discussed during the design process. Carrier transit time is separate from production time, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe promised, we will provide a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Additional details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Requests may be accommodated only before materials are ordered or production begins. Once personalization or production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Because every duck is personalized and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on personal preference, screen-to-screen color differences, or minor handmade variations. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed personalization details, contact us within three calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, page designs, and other original content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to One Three Five Seven. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
The One Three Five Seven name, 1357 branding, logos, and related brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation, endorsement, or connection with our business. You may share links to publicly available pages for personal, noncommercial purposes.
